May 10, 2003Sweet Circles They sure are bright, colorful and pretty for little round pieces of sugar. And that's all they are. The number one ingredient is sugar. The number two ingredient is corn syrup. the number three ingredient is high fructose corn syrup. Let's see...that's sugar, sugar and sugar for the top three ingredients. All that before you even hit the artificial colors and flavors.
